Job Responsibilities
- Originate new lending opportunities in property finance (Buy to Let, Development and Trading Business loans) through established
relationships with clients and brokers.
- Identify and target high-potential customer segments across lending and deposits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors, developers, brokers and corporate clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor delivering tailored, risk-aligned lending solutions.
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients with accountability for revenue, performance, and retention.
- Maintain and convert a strong deal pipeline.
- Evaluate borrower profile, asset quality, and repayment capacity.
- Prepare and present credit proposals after completing due diligence.
- Drive transactions through to execution working with internal stakeholders.
- Structure transactions including pricing, leverage, and covenants.
- Manage portfolio performance, monitoring covenants and risks.
- Conduct annual reviews and manage early warning signals.

Skill/Competencies Required for the Role
- 5+ years in UK property finance
- Proven origination track record
- Strong market knowledge
- Established broker and client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
