Areas of Responsibility:
Supplier maintenance:
Making regular payments to the vendors/ service providers.
Managing suppliers and ensuring supplier reconciliations.
Bookkeeping:
Month end entries like depreciation, accruals and prepayments entries.
GL movement, scrutiny, analysis, review on monthly basis.
Regular expenses entries in accounting software.
Management accounts
Assist in Drafting of monthly management accounts along with balance sheet analysis, income analysis.
Assist in Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree (Accounting & Finance Degree is Preferrable)
Knowledge of MS-Office 365 , software skills.
Fresher/Relevant experience of 1 year in banking/ financial institution.
