Principal Purpose of the Job:
Dealing with the deposit, remittance, Bureau de Exchange business and online service, dealing with customer enquiries, assisting customers’ periodic review, collecting information of AML transaction queries for AML team and assisting the GDPR, SCV and PSD2 project.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English language (writing and speaking - preferred but not essential)
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially for Excel.
Good organisational ability and attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of different departments
The ability to priorities tasks and delegate when necessary
Accurate reporting skills
Good team player and be responsible for teammate actions
